Academy of Soccer Excellence (ASE)
TCSRA now supports the Academy of Soccer Excellence Club Soccer program.
Additional information about ASE can be obtained by (clicking here). In addition, ASE is a member of the Puget Sound Premier League (PSPL) and US Club Soccer.
PSPL Rules of Competition
The PSPL has developed a set of rules of competition (click here for the complete set) that is based upon the USSF Laws of the Game.
The Referee should acquaint her/himself with the following specific rules:
o Rule 208 - Game Lengths
o Rule 209 - Substitutions
o Rule 210 - Eligibility
o Rule 211 - League Discipline
o Rule 212 - Referee Abuse
o Rule 300 - Match Officials
o Rule 301 - Assignment of Match Officials
o Rule 502 - Playing Venues
o Rule 503 - Personnel on the Bench
o Rule 504 - Score Reports
o Rule 601 - Game Roster and Referee Report
All Misconduct Reports will be filed through the WSRC.org website.
HOWEVER, you need to designate the league as PSPL.
In addition, the Referee should be familiar with the PSPL Match Procedures by (clicking here).
